About Me
I’ve always been fascinated by the stories that data tells—not just the numbers themselves, but their deeper business implications. This curiosity led me to transition from Computer Engineering to Business and Data Analysis, where I merge my technical skills with a strategic, human-centered approach to drive business solutions. I believe that great solutions start with understanding people, not just data.
With a Computer Engineering background, I bring a structured, analytical mindset to uncovering user needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements. I specialize in Customer Journey Mapping, Requirement Elicitation, and Process Optimization, utilizing tools like SQL for data querying, Python for data analysis and automation, Power BI for interactive reporting, and tools like Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation to validate assumptions and track performance.
As a recent graduate from TU, I’m seeking a full-time Business Analyst role where I can bridge the gap between stakeholders, users, and technical teams—turning business challenges into scalable, user-centered solutions.Every project teaches me something new, and I’m always excited to learn while delivering real value.
My Projects
Nepal Tourism Data Analysis Project
This project analyzes Nepal's official tourism statistics (2012-2024) obtained from Open Data Nepal. The dataset includes comprehensive tourism metrics such as arrivals, demographics, nationalities, purpose of visit, entry points, and aviation movement data.
Customer Behavior Analysis
Analyzed customer purchase patterns using Python and SQL, then built a Power BI dashboard to visualize everything. The goal was to figure out which customer segments were most valuable and when people were most likely to buy.
Healthcare Analytics Dashboard
Built an interactive dashboard in Power BI to track hospital performance metrics. Wanted to make it easy for healthcare professionals to see patient outcomes and operational data at a glance.
Insurance Claim Analysis
Looked at insurance claims data to find unusual patterns and potential fraud indicators. Used Power BI to create visuals that made it easier to spot claims that needed a closer look.
Festival Sales Analysis
Did an exploratory analysis of sales data during festival seasons using Python. Wanted to understand what drives purchases during peak times and if there were any interesting demographic patterns.
